01

What does The Wellness Agency do?

The Wellness Agency (TWA) is a growth partner for wellness founders and CEOs. It works across five practices: talent equity partnerships, integrated media, strategic capital introductions, APAC market entry, and bringing Chinese brands to America. TWA is engaged by brands that have already proven demand and need to scale globally.

02

Does TWA help Chinese brands enter the United States?

Yes. TWA runs its US–China practice in both directions: American brands into China and the wider Asian market, and Chinese brands into America. The inbound work focuses on the cultural half rather than the operational one — US narrative and positioning, American media and talent partnerships, retail and distribution introductions, and building category credibility without relying on discount pricing. It is delivered through Mammoth China Outbound, with Chinese market depth and American media fluency in the same room. Founder Jay Faires spends around 100 days a year across China and Asia.

03

Who does The Wellness Agency work with?

TWA works with founders and CEOs of category-defining wellness and better-for-you brands. Its active roster includes Beyond Aero, Health-Ade, Cornbread Hemp, Potato Head, iHeartMedia, Heybo, G Fuel, Prism Sciences, I and Love and You, and Wisdom Ventures. Prior engagements include Ritual, Parsley Health, and Mindbodygreen.

04

What is a talent equity partnership?

A talent equity partnership is a deal in which a podcaster, musician, creator, athlete, or actor takes equity in a brand alongside or instead of a cash fee. TWA structures these deals across all premiere talent agencies so clients get market-rate economics with deliverables tied to measurable KPIs rather than flat-fee endorsements.

05

Does The Wellness Agency help raise capital?

Yes. TWA makes strategic capital introductions from seed stage through M&A, prioritizing investors who bring distribution alongside funding. Its network covers mezzanine and SBA debt structures as well as cross-border APAC M&A opportunities. TWA makes introductions and does not act as a registered broker-dealer.

06

How does The Wellness Agency approach APAC and China market entry?

China has roughly 500 million millennials oriented toward Western wellness brands. TWA facilitates relationships for the operational and financial infrastructure, performance marketing, and distribution required to enter the region, rather than treating APAC as an export channel.

07

What stage of company does TWA work with?

TWA works with companies that have demonstrated product-market fit and are ready to scale — typically post-revenue brands from Series A through growth stage, plus select seed-stage companies in aerospace, health tech, and consumer wellness.

08

How do brands join the TWA roster?

Brands apply directly through the contact form at thewellness.agency or by emailing info@thewellnessagency.co. TWA reviews traction, category position, and scale readiness before engaging, and maintains a deliberately small active roster.

09

What results has The Wellness Agency produced?

TWA's documented engagements include Health-Ade, where TWA leveraged its relationship with Ryan Seacrest and his platform at iHeartMedia to bring the two together, resulting in iHeartMedia's investment in the brand's 2023 round as reported by BevNET; Health-Ade was subsequently sold to Generous Brands for $500 million in 2025. TWA also advised Cornbread Hemp, the number one fastest-growing hemp company on the 2024 Inc. 5000, on talent strategy for its THC beverage launch, and works with hydrogen aviation company Beyond Aero on early-stage positioning.
